Honey Mustard Bacon Dressing

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard

  • 3/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp. bacon fat

  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

DIRECTIONS

Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp, reserve bacon fat, chop bacon.

Combine honey, Dijon mustard, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, bacon fat and black pepper in a bowl.

Whisk in olive oil, add chopped bacon.

Store refrigerated.

Warm dressing to serve over spinach salad or use immediately from refrigerator as a dip for hot pretzels or chicken fingers.
