
Honey Yogurt Parfaits
INGREDIENTS
32 oz. plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup honey
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. orange zest
8 oz. granola
Fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, peaches, melons, berries, kiwi, bananas)
DIRECTIONS
Place yogurt, honey, cinnamon and orange zest into a bowl and mix until well incorporated.
Layer parfait glasses starting with 2 oz. yogurt mixture, fresh fruit and granola.
Repeat three times.
Finish with a drizzle of honey on top.
