Mango Basil Honey Pops

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. frozen mango chunks

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup white grape juice

  • 1 tbsp. fresh basil

  • Pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS

In a food processor, purée defrosted mangos and basil until smooth (some chunks are OK if you prefer).

Add honey, white grape juice and salt; pulse until well incorporated.

Pour into ice-pop molds or individual serving containers, cover and freeze.
