
Minted Honey Yogurt
INGREDIENTS
16 oz. plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
3 tbsp. fresh mint, finely chopped
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix completely.
Chill for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
Serve with grilled fruit skewers, fresh berries or as a base for chicken and apple salad.
