
Pecan Pie
INGREDIENTS
1 cup honey
3 well beaten eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups pecan meats
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
One 9" unbaked pie shell
DIRECTIONS
Mix honey with eggs.
Cream sugar, dry milk and butter and add to honey-egg mixture.
Stir in pecans and vanilla.
Turn into an unbaked 9" crust and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until center is done after a knife or toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean.
