
Pineapple Ginger Honey Pops
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. fresh pineapple, peeled and cored
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup apple juice
2 tbsp. fresh ginger, chopped
Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
In a food processor, purée pineapple and ginger until smooth (some chunks are OK if you prefer).
Add honey and apple juice, pulse until well incorporated.
Pour into ice-pop molds or individual serving containers, cover and freeze.
