
Sour Cream Lemon Pie
INGREDIENTS
1 cup honey
1/4 cup butter
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. lemon rind
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
One 9" pie shell, baked
1 cup whipped cream
DIRECTIONS
Combine honey, cornstarch, butter, lemon rind, lemon juice, milk and egg yolks in a 1 1/2-quart saucepan.
Cook and stir over medium heat until it comes to a boil and is thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Pour into a cooled 9" baked pie shell.
Top with whipped cream.
Refrigerate.
