
Rosemary Honey Glaze
INGREDIENTS
2 cups honey
4 tbsp. butter
4 rosemary sprigs
5 rosemary sprigs as basting brush
Pinch of salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
Place honey, butter, 4 rosemary sprigs and salt and pepper in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to steep for 30 minutes.
Use remaining rosemary as a brush to glaze your favorite foods.
Rosemary Honey Glaze works very well brushed on all grilled items just before removing from grill, and immediately afterwards.
Tastes great on shellfish, grilled chicken, salmon, turkey, burgers, kabobs, duck, lamb, etc.
Can be stored for up to 3 weeks under refrigeration; just bring to room temperature before using, or heat slightly.
